AQUATIC RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
CanNorth has been involved in the design and implementation of environmental projects for numerous mining and natural resource management developments. For example, environmental impact assessments, environmental effects monitoring, watershed management, aquatic habitat assessments, and fish studies have been successfully completed, meeting or exceeding regulatory standards, for many mining and other natural resource development projects.
CanNorth has developed ecological risk assessment and pathways analysis for aquatic ecosystems. Our risk assessment focuses on valued ecosystem components for estimating potential impacts to aquatic biota in the receiving environment.
